Cancellation Policy
Customers cannot cancel their Order (or any product therein) once placed. An order can only be canceled by the Merchant if we are unable to serve the Customer for any reason (including but not limited to unavailability of products, parts, or service area coverage).

Requests received later than 10 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the following service period.
Refund Policy
We strive to deliver top-quality RO repair, maintenance, and installation services to ensure total satisfaction.
If a refund is approved by management:
- Payments made via Credit Card will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase.
- Payments processed via Payment Gateways or Net Banking will be refunded directly to the original source account.
